I wanted to check out debt collections in Timaru, so I typed the key
word "Timaru Debt Collection", after awhole lot of other companies, I
found www.debtnz.com was the most helpful. I am wondering how many
other people went through this problem, why isnt it at the top of the

On a contemporary note have you read Niclolas Hagger
'The Syndicate' which gives an excellent 20th century history
of the Rockefeller/Rothechild interventions.  I can see Hagger
has done his homework with his insightfull description of the
UK crises and the eu, a subject I was already only too aware
of.

No, Sizy, I haven't read it.  If it's new, it's probably out of my
price range.  I doubt that the library would have it.

Including the UK in the EU is a change of plans from the 1942 scheme
that had the British Commonwealth as a regional superstate in its own
right.  I did say when the East Bloc was first released that I thought
it was to allow them to be a part of the EU which otherwise would be
too small to be a superstate.  But this surprises me.

The post is right on the money.  You seem to have missed an important
point.  The accused has no opportunity to prove he has conspired
with/fought for the enemy.  He has no rights at all.  It is a decree of
dictatorship.

I've said it all along, the One-Eyed Jacks of both the Republican and
the Democratic parties, of "liberal" and of "conservative"
philosophies, are willing to accept any degree of tyranny as long as
the reigning despot is of their party or philosophy.

The stage had already been set for the destruction of the New World
when
in 1860 Lincoln thwarted the attempt of the European based Rothschild
family
to aquire an American central bank.
Their second attempt was in 1865, when a German Jew, Jacob Schiff
arrived on
the shores of the New World.  In 1873 with Rothschild backing, he
bought into
the German Jewish firm of Kuhn and Loeb.  Shiff married Solomon Loeb's
eldest
daughter Theresa and bought out Kuhn's interst.  He was now effectively
the sole
owner of Kuhn, Loeb & Co.  He became a millionaire by financing
railroads and(with
Rothschild's finance) helped Edward Henry Harriman, the American
financier and
railroad magnate amass the greatest railroad fortune in the world.
Schiff
(again with Rothschild finance) also funded Carnegie's steel empire and
John D.
Rochefeller's Standard Oil.
Paul Warburg was also a key figure. He and his brother Felix, also
German Jews,
arrived from Frankfurt in 1902 and, financed by Rothschilds bought into
Schiff's Kuhn,
Loeb & Co.  Paul married Soloman Loeb's younger daughter Nina- so he
and Jacob Schiff
were brothers in law and Felix married Frida Schiff, Jacob's daughter,

Warburg was responsible for putting together

memorandum for Schiff
on how the European Central Banking system applied to America's
monetary system.
Schiff passed it to the National City bank, where Rockerfeller's agent
Vanderlip contacted
bankers, including J.P. Morgan, citing Paul Warburg's reputation as a
world authority on
central banking.
In 1908 Senator Aldrich (another Rothschildite) introduced a bill that
proposed that banks
would issue currency backed by Federal, state, alnd local government
bonds( the first
circulation of paper money by the federal government had taken place in
1861)  This
was criticized as it would not provide a monetary system that could
respond to seasonal
demand.  Representative E.B. Vreeland than proposed basing currency on
communal
paper rather than bonds.  This was passed, and the National Monetary
Commission was established under Aldrich to approve all monetary
legislation sent to Congress.  In 1910
Paul Warburg made an influential speech calling for a United Reserve
Bank with capital
of $100m, and the power to circulate paper money.
Acecret meeting was convened.  Those invited met on a railway platform
in New Jersey
and were taken by boat to a hunting lodge on Jekyll Island, off
Brunswick, Georgia.  The island had been bought in 1888 by J.P. Morgan,
John D. Rockefeller's brother William,
Vanderbilt and other bankers.  Those present included Sen. Aldrich,
Vanderlip, Paul Warburg, John D. Rockefeller, kBenard Baruch, Col.
House and Jacob Schiff.  One way
or another all were linked to the Rothschilds.  Ten days later they had
agreed upon the
concept of what became the Federal Reserve System.

Lets move on to the present day:

the FED and
indeed must have been for years afterwards it appears that times may
have changed.

According to Standard & Poor 53% of the shares in the Federal Reserve
System (and 22%
of the shares in the influential Federal Reserve Bank of New York) are

I'd certainly recomend The Syndicate, even if you already know many of
the facts
surrounding the families, to read this in cronological order gives one
a better feel
as to what and why events are happening today.  I'd be suprised if any
other author
has done as much research into his subject as Hagger has done.  He is
at the same
time candid about the validity and reliability of his sources.

A bank that attempted to repossess property on the basis of default
faced Judge Mahoney in a jury trial. Jerome Daly was found innocent.
The bank could not foreclose on the property because it created the
loan money from thin air, as many banks do. Use this as a precedent the
next time any bank tries to foreclose on your house. (Reference 17, P.

Good post, Sizy.  For your information, I know of no American bank that
doesn't create money out of thin air.  I don't believe the old savings
and loans had that power.  I think they could only loan the money they
had.  Of course, they were set up and destroyed enmasse.  The first
thing I said when it happened was, "Who's going to tell George Bailey
that it's not such a wonderful life in these United Pottervilles of
America?"

Opponents of the Fed System usually emphasize the interest paid to the
Fed for Reserve Notes issued against Treasury paper.  That's not where
the banks make their real killing.  The primary mechanism for
transfering our wealth to them is the "Fractional Reserve System."  The
Fed sets a minimum reserve that the banks must hold against demand
deposits.  Typically it's about 10 to 20%.  This means that for every
dollar the banks loan, they must have 10 to 20 cents on hand.  This is
approximately how it works.

If the government goes to the Fed with a million dollars in T-Bills,
the Fed will print up a million in notes for the government's account.
The government will then issue checks to its creditors, and the notes
will filter into accounts in the various member banks.  Assuming 20% of
the notes go out into circulation, (I think that's a very high number),
$800,000 remains in the banks as demand deposits.  This would represent
100% reserve against those deposits.  If the reserve requirement is
20%, the $800,000 becomes the 20% required reserve.  $800,000 is 20% of
 $4 million, so demand deposits can expand to $4 million.  Since the
$800,000 itself represents demand deposits, this leaves an additional
$3.2 million that the banks can create.  In other words, they can
"loan" up to $3.2 million in bookkeeping entries on which they can draw
interest.

To get an idea of what this means, let's create a very simple model.
Let's assume the Prime Rate is 10% simple interest compounded annually
(fat chance).  Let's further assume that the average loan is at that
10% (fat chance).  This means the member banks get $320,000 interest on
the $3.2 million each year.  Ten percent sounds reasonable, until you
consider that the $320,000 is really interest on $800,000.  In other
words, the banks could be getting up to 40% interest on the actual
notes they hold.  Talk about usury!  Any wonder that the rich are
getting richer, the poor poorer, and the independent middle class has
been reduced to a phantom of that necessary for the maintenance of a
free society?   Still, the politicians continue to rant about their
programs to transfer the crumbs from the table of the rich to the
tables of the poor, while quietly supporting this mass transfer of the
Surf and Turf from the table of the poor to the tables of the rich.  We
go to the polls each year and greatfully caste a vote for them.  When
will we ever learn?  When will we ever learn?

Next in the line of major enemies of our Constitution is Franklin
Delano Roosevelt.  With FDR came the New Deal, but it was the same old
fast shuffle and deal from the bottom of a stacked deck.

Several major blows to American liberty were delivered by the Roosevelt
administration.  One was a direct attack on the Constitution.  This was
the effective elimination of the separation of powers.  With the
Administrative Procedures Act, Congress unconstitutionally delegated
its legislative power to the Executive branch.  It was that act which
provided that the President or any of the myriad bureaucracies in that
branch need only publish its rules and regulations (Executive Orders in
the case of the president) in the Federal Register for them to become
the law of the land if not challenged by Congress within thirty days.

It was by no accident that the Constitution had set up a method of
making laws that was slow and deliberate.  Those among the founders who
wanted to preserve liberty did not want a government that could send
out an unrelenting stream of legislation to cripple the people and
their industry.  Unfortunately, that is exactly what the New Dealers
wanted.  The slow and deliberate processes of constitutional government
was intolerable to the great "planners" of the New Deal.  They had
volumes of ideas on how the government might better determine the lives
of the people than could the people themselves.  The Federal Register
became the tool to impliment those volumes.

The infamous stacking of the Supreme Court deck.  The NRA, once struck
down by an American supreme court, was ruled constitutional by a
European socialist/fascist supreme court of FDR's making.  That opened
the flood gate through which a torrent of programs that were
incompatible to America's free institutions.
To stifle opposition to their programs, free speech and freedom of the
press were not tolerate by FDR and the New Dealer's.  Journalist who
dared speak out against them were blacklisted.  They received no
information from the White House.  On the other hand, those willing to
extol the "virtues" of the "great man," were permitted to follow along
like a pack of puppies and tossed little treats from their master which
they could report as "inside" information.

Among those who would not lick the tyrannts hand was a man named John
T. Flynn.  Flynn, a columnist for the New Republic, was an early
supporter of FDR.  When he saw the New Deal as a massive Fascist
program to undermine the free institutions of this country, he became a
vehement critic.  He was accordingly blacklisted and lost his job with
the New Republic.  He didn't stop writing, though.  He wrote several
books that exposed Roosevelt and his gang for what they were.  Possibly
the best was, "The Roosevelt Myth."  This is available for downloading
